Work Environment

With a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, our therapists can focus on their mission of supporting individuals throughout their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging therapy sessions through telehealth, employing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments that inform personalized treatment plans for each client.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and referrals to other resources as necessary.
• Uphold rigorous documentation practices to ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain accurate client records.
• Incorporate client feedback into therapeutic approaches to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities provided by the organization to stay updated on best practices and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active Washington State license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) is required to provide therapeutic services.
• Demonstrated ability to assess client needs, develop effective treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools to conduct virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or specific therapeutic modalities are highly encouraged to apply.
