AMN Healthcare invites you to explore a pediatrics opportunity with a well-established, federally qualified health center delivering whole-person care across Missouri and Kansas. This role offers the ability to make a meaningful difference while practicing in a collaborative, team-based environment designed to support efficiency and physician satisfaction.

You will work within a patient-centered medical home supported by integrated behavioral health, dental, and specialty services. With manageable patient volumes, dedicated administrative time, and modern tools like Epic electronic medical record, this position allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining work-life balance.

Opportunity Highlights

• Employed pediatrics position with structured 5-day, 40-hour schedule
• Manageable daily volume (16–20 patients) with built-in scheduling buffers
• Dedicated 2:1 clinical support staff model (medical assistants and nursing support)
• Practice in an integrated care environment including behavioral health and dental services
• Utilize Epic electronic medical record for streamlined workflows
• Opportunity to serve diverse and underserved patient populations
• Stable patient base with strong community demand
