This role operates in a remote setting, granting you the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring clients receive the necessary support. You will have access to an outpatient office for in-person meetings, should the need arise. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health needs, subsequently developing detailed and personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other appropriate frameworks tailored to individual, group, or family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure synchronized and comprehensive care approaches that improve client outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients in acute distress, leveraging your clinical skills to stabilize situations and foster safety.
\n
• Actively engage in community outreach initiatives and educational campaigns aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client population, including individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Each client presents unique challenges, and you will be instrumental in cultivating trusting relationships that foster healing and growth. Your role not only involves direct therapy but also ensuring that clients have access to the resources and support they need in their journey toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and the ability to connect effectively with clients from all walks of life.

• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity when working with diverse populations.
\n
• Organizational and time-management skills that facilitate accurate documentation and timely follow-ups on client care plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with various therapeutic models in outpatient settings.

• Familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and telehealth practices.
