Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and intake evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients through video conferencing or telephonic interactions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals based on comprehensive analyses of client needs, focusing on conditions such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches to suit diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Regularly monitor and record client progress, providing necessary adjustments to treatment plans and interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate referrals to psychiatrists or other mental health professionals when medication management or additional services are necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to stay current with the latest research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients, from adults facing intrusive mental health challenges to adolescents requiring guidance and support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a thorough understanding of therapeutic methods.

• Advanced familiarity with mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive and falls between USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
