Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist in our home care program, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
• Developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advanced modalities, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment strategies based on their responses and evaluations.
• Documenting all treatments, patient responses, and other relevant information clearly and accurately in line with professional standards.
• Educating patients, their families, and caregivers on therapeutic practices, exercise techniques, and the correct use of any assistive devices.
• Participating in regular training sessions and workshops to maintain high standards of care and stay updated on the latest practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications
