Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse and includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist at Positive Pathways, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of children, adolescents, and adults, working closely with clients to empower them through their therapeutic journey. You will collaborate with other specialists to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs and the best outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and fully unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
\n
• At least one year of experience in providing mental health counseling or related services.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for building rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to clinical practice.
