Work Environment

This role is onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and needs, establishing fundamental treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as specific exercise regimens, stretching techniques, manual therapy, and the strategic use of equipment aimed at alleviating pain and improving mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans and objectives based on their response to therapy to ensure optimal care and recovery.
• Advise patients and their families on the utilization of assistive devices to promote independence in daily activities.
• Engage in ongoing education for both clients and their caregivers about the methods and techniques of physical therapy, ensuring they understand care protocols and therapeutic exercises.
• Attend workshops and stay updated with professional literature to uphold your clinical knowledge and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you'll assist range from pediatric to geriatric populations, encompassing various conditions including post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and rehabilitation from acute injuries. This diverse array allows you to employ a broad skill set and gain invaluable experience while making significant impacts on individuals' quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy to practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for patient and team interactions.
• Proficient in computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in varying patient situations.

Preferred Experience

• While prior experience is advantageous, new graduates are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship and support to hone their skills.

Compensation and Benefits
