Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in a home care environment, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations resulting from injury, disease, or surgery.
• Formulate and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing various techniques such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and assistive technologies.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting all treatments, responses, and outcomes to ensure evolving therapeutic goals are met.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in patient status, recovery rates, and overall goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on prescribed therapeutic exercises and the proper use of assistive devices to promote independence and improve outcomes.
• Stay current with professional practices by participating in workshops, peer networking, and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists of a diverse range of patients, from young children to seniors, all presenting varying degrees of physical challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
