Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical movements and determine appropriate interventions to aid in their recovery from injuries, disease, or surgery.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patients' therapeutic goals, utilizing a variety of techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Administer treatment sessions in the patient's home care environment when applicable, adapting methods to suit various settings and personal circumstances.
• Regularly document patient progress, responses to treatments, and modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and recovery techniques, including the proper use of assistive devices.
• Participate in team meetings and professional discussions to share insights and improve treatment protocols within the facility.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, reflecting the skills, experience, and commitment you bring to our team.
