Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for students and families, identifying individual strengths and challenges to tailor effective interventions.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy, customized to the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques, to foster resilience and promote mental wellness.

• Developing and implementing accessible treatment plans that include measurable goals and regular progress evaluations.

• Collaborating with faculty, school counselors, and mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to mental health care within the educational framework.

• Executing crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and the formulation of safety plans, to support students in acute distress.

• Advocating for students' rights and connecting them and their families with vital community resources and case management support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse population of students facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will work closely with families and educators to navigate these challenges and foster an understanding of mental health needs within the school community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
