Part Time Accounting Clerk

Our client is looking for a part time Accounting Clerk to help their team!

Responsibilities of Accounting Clerk:

• Verify invoice pricing and quantities while maintaining accurate accounting records
• Enter and reconcile daily cash receipts, credit card transactions, deposits, and bank activity
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and month-end accounting processes
• Prepare reports, maintain accounting files, and assist with sales and use tax documentation
• Update financial information within the ERP system (X3) and maintain electronic records
• Balance petty cash and provide administrative support, including answering phones and greeting visitors as needed

Qualifications of Accounting Clerk:

• 23 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting clerk experience
• Comfortable working with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team

Pay Rate: $50,000-54,000
