Business Development Representative for Texas Most Award-Winning Staffing and Recruiting Firm If you are driven by relationship-based sales, motivated by results, and want your work to directly impact your income and your ownership stake, this role is worth your attention. Our recruitingfirm is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our well established Austin team. This is an outside sales role focused on developing new business while expanding trusted partnerships with existing clients. You will represent a highly respected, woman-owned, and 100% employee-owned staffing and recruiting firm with a decades-long reputation for excellence across Texas. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term sales career and create meaningful client partnerships backed by strong delivery teams.
