Business Development Representative

KOMPAN US is looking for a Business Development Representative to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound customer acquisition. This position will play an integral role in achieving our growth objectives by qualifying opportunities and generating interest for our field Sales Representatives. As a global leader in play and fitness solutions, our mission is to create healthier and happier communities by delivering the best in play and fitness solutions. What You’ll Do Qualify inbound leads from website, social media, phone, and email Research prospective leads, source new sales by identifying key players and performing outbound calls and follow-up emails Route larger qualified opportunities to field Sales Representatives for further development and closure Develop meaningful relationships with customers Manage the full-cycle sales process on small and simple projects that can be closed quickly with no involvement of Field Sales Representatives, including advisement on product selection, solution designs, creating quotes, and obtaining orders Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives on opportunities generated in the field to close sales from the office This position is a hybrid role based in our US Headquarters in Austin, TX.
