Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your advanced education and clinical training to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, aiding in the identification of patients’ needs and formulation of independent diagnoses.

• Collaborate with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on their unique challenges and goals, ensuring a patient-centered approach.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including, but not limited to, motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate effective treatment and support.

• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, primary care providers, and other service delivery partners to ensure holistic support and integrated care for each patient.

• Maintain meticulous tracking of patient treatment progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to align with treatment objectives, whether through virtual consultations or in-person follow-ups.

• Support patients in managing prescribed psychotropic medications, monitoring adherence and side effects, while evaluating the effectiveness of the medication on their treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals coping with substance use disorders within a Detox Center setting. Our patient population is diverse, representing various backgrounds and challenges. A compassionate understanding of addiction, recovery processes, and culturally responsive care is vital to successful engagement and treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, allowing for independent mental health practice.

• At least one year of documented experience as a licensed therapist, demonstrating proficiency in handling complex mental health cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
