Manage the Onboarding Experience Coordinate onboarding activities, new-hire orientation, and required employment documentation to ensure employees are set up for success from their first day. Track Compliance & Hiring Requirements Review background checks, monitor pre-employment requirements, and ensure all necessary hiring steps are completed before employees begin work. Partner with Hiring Managers Work closely with clinical leaders and hiring managers to keep recruitment efforts moving efficiently while maintaining compliance and process consistency. Support HR Operations Assist with audits, payroll reviews, HR reporting, employee communications, and other administrative functions that keep the department running smoothly. Drive Process Improvement Help streamline HR processes, leverage Paylocity more effectively, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
