Positions We currently have open positions for Assistant Managers (AM) and Restaurant Managers (RM). Initial hiring range for AM is $52,000-$55,000 and RM is $60,000-$75,000. Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing and the development of employees through training and mentoring. Maximize profitability and hit sales goals by controlling food, beverage and labor costs. Assist in executing all in‑restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts in a timely manner. Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive‑through times. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints. Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed. Minimum Qualifications / Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Have open availability and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, early mornings, holidays, and long shifts when needed. Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience is required. Advanced math and financial management skills. Must be able to fluently speak and read English. Basic computer and writing skills.
