Title Coordinator

The Title Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a database and repository of real property title documents, managing oil and gas leases, completing property disclosures for dispositions, and ensuring clear title for the company's property portfolio. Responsibilities: Maintains the CRM database and repository of title documents, including deeds and title policies, for the entire portfolio. Reviews and completes property disclosures for escrow transactions and notarizes real estate documents as needed. Reviews and analyzes oil and gas leases, processes division orders, tracks royalties, and provides payment documentation to other departments as needed. Assists with preparing and recording transfer deeds and resolving deed issues. Process incoming mail for the Calabasas paralegal team. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum five (5) years of experience in the real estate/title industry preferred Previous Title and Escrow experience preferred Active CA Commissioned Notary Public Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM preferred Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills Takes initiative and works well under minimal direction Proactive self-learner with strong problem-solving ability Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner Ability to interact effectively at all levels Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong customer, quality, and results orientation Ability to be an effective member of project teams Compensation The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $25.50 to $30.61 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience. Additional Compensation This position is not bonus-eligible.
