Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to effectively identify and address clients' mental health needs, working closely with each client to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on assessments and their evolving needs.

• Support a manageable caseload of up to twenty-eight client visits per workweek to prevent burnout while delivering high-quality clinical care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
