Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to provide individualized, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, offering immediate support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies or distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all client interactions, treatment strategies, progress notes, and assessments in adherence with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals—to provide comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, therapeutic processes, and community resources while advocating for their rights and specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n
