Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive therapy services to families and individuals. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments and crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Leading therapy sessions that may involve working with couples and facilitating individual sessions within the family context.

• Addressing a wide range of issues that affect family dynamics, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological distress, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster positive change and strengthen family bonds.

• Documenting and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with our organization’s policies and state regulations.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
