Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Silver Way Rehabilitation Center, you will work with adult clients who have undergone pre-screening to ensure they are stable and have low acuity mental health concerns. This focus allows you to concentrate on providing effective support without the complexity of severe mental health cases. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice independently (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Proven clinical skills with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Comfortable and efficient in using technology for telehealth services, including video conferencing and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked. In addition, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend designed to support your well-being. Payments are made weekly through direct deposit, ensuring you have access to your earnings in a timely manner.
