Marketing Events Manager

Driving the end-to-end planning and execution of various events, the full-time remote Marketing Events Manager will optimize both internal and external events to enhance brand presence and generate leads while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Create and implement an annual events strategy to drive awareness and pipeline with target accounts Manage logistics and production for all events, including vendor negotiations, budget adherence, and on-site execution Develop and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement Required qualifications Proven experience in event planning and management, particularly in a marketing context Strong project management skills with a focus on detail and timelines Experience with CRM and data tools, such as Salesforce, to track event performance metrics Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, content, design, and product marketing teams Creative vision for developing engaging event experiences and booth activations
