Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments during client meetings, ensuring accurate formulation of crises and treatment paths.

• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation, which includes additional diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and timely case notes.

• Regularly evaluate the efficacy of therapy interventions, making necessary modifications to optimize client outcomes and adapt to their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse group of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and cultural identity challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent credential.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in counseling or therapy, focusing on family dynamics and relationship issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually.
