Sales Development Representative

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing AI software company that's building its sales team from the ground up. They're looking for ambitious SDRs who already understand the cybersecurity market and want to develop into future Account Executives. You'll work alongside experienced sales leaders, partner closely with an Account Executive, and play a key role in building pipeline into enterprise security teams. This isn't a high-volume cold calling environment. Success comes from thoughtful research, strategic outreach and creating meaningful conversations with senior security stakeholders. Please note: We can only consider candidates with current or recent SDR/BDR experience at a cybersecurity software company Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting Research target accounts and identify buying signals Engage CISOs, SOC Managers and other senior security leaders Use phone, email, LinkedIn and events to build relationships Work closely with a dedicated Account Executive on strategic accounts Help shape outbound processes and playbooks as the team grows Consistently exceed pipeline generation targets What We're Looking For 1-3 years' experience as an SDR or BDR within a cybersecurity software company Experience selling into enterprise security teams Comfortable prospecting to CISOs and other technical decision-makers Familiar with modern outbound tools such as Outreach, Salesloft or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience with account-based or signal-led prospecting Strong communication skills with a proactive, curious approach Stable career history with consistent performance Bachelor's degree preferred
$100,000 OTE
