Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients, ensuring a personalized approach to their mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards while efficiently managing your caseload in alignment with organizational guidelines.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes, contributing to case discussions and treatment planning.
