Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a vital role in helping clients who have limited access to mental health care, guiding them toward improved mental health outcomes through dedicated support and therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
