Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients through thorough evaluations to accurately determine their mental health status and needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing various issues, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders.

• Meet regularly with clients in one-on-one or group settings, providing consistent support and implementing therapeutic techniques to help them manage their symptoms.

• Facilitate crisis interventions when necessary, employing strong de-escalation skills and appropriate therapeutic responses.

• Coordinate care by referring clients to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support groups, ensuring a comprehensive network of care.

• Document all client interactions accurately and timely in the EHR system, maintaining compliance with privacy regulations and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in case reviews and team meetings, contributing insights into treatment effectiveness and client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and valid licensure in the state as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in mental health counseling or related fields.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities and a deep understanding of mental health disorders.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy, utilizing culturally informed practices.
