Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Horizon Heal, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of your clients.

• Delivering counseling services through different modalities, including video sessions, audio calls, and written communication, utilizing our integrated platform.
\n
• Engaging with clients who are primarily stable adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
\n
• Participating in regular peer consultations, which offer opportunities for collaborative learning and professional support.
\n
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your typical clients will be low-acuity adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. This includes individuals facing issues such as anxiety, mild depression, ADHD, OCD, and transitional life challenges. The absence of severe mental health cases allows you to focus on providing quality care with a structured treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active and unrestricted LPCC license, free from any disciplinary actions.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with a dedicated and reliable internet connection for telehealth services.

• A working computer or laptop (tablets are not permitted for counseling sessions) capable of supporting video conferencing software.

Compensation and Benefits\n
