About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales for the South Florida region, with a focus on the warehouse, logistics, and supply chain business. The successful candidate will be a key player and dynamic leader, responsible for spearheading the company's workforce solutions and staffing sales strategy. This role is all about hunting and conquering, with a mission to identify untapped opportunities and clients in the distribution, manufacturing, and light industrial verticals. The VP will be expected to forge powerful client relationships, propel growth, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Responsibilities include spending the majority of time in the field, engaging potential clients face-to-face, delivering compelling presentations, and tailoring service offerings to meet client needs. The role also involves nurturing long-term partnerships with existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and staying ahead of market trends. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic sales driver with a deep understanding of staffing in the Central Florida region, particularly in the specified industries. They should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs, with experience in large, high-volume staffing environments and a history of winning multi-million dollar staffing deals. Mastery in presenting to senior leadership teams, exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are essential. The role requires a candidate who is located within driving distance of the South Florida area and is ready to take on the challenge of an extraordinary career in enterprise sales.
