Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine your clients' mental health status, goals, and needs, developing a deep understanding of their unique backgrounds.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, incorporating evidence-based practices and tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions utilizing teletherapy technologies, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment for clients, particularly in a remote setting.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, equipping clients with coping mechanisms and connecting them with additional resources.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.

• Compassion and empathy, alongside a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities, ensuring a balanced caseload.

• No documented history of disciplinary actions on your licensing board.
