Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using validated tools and clinical interviews to formulate individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Document client progress meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining confidentiality while ensuring adherence to professional standards in record-keeping.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to provide integrated and thorough care, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive treatment and support.

• Participate in regular team consultations and peer review sessions to discuss case progress, share insights, and enhance therapeutic practices based on collective experiences.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methods, and available community supports to empower them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Hold an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) recognized by the state of California.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques, with the ability to customize therapeutic approaches for each client's unique experiences.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building therapeutic relationships and engaging effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client situations effectively.
