Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, formulating personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic interventions to address varying conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related issues.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and document progress in line with physician protocols.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care directly at the clinic or in patients' homes, employing specialized techniques tailored to each patient's condition.
• Consult and educate patients and their caregivers, imparting essential knowledge for continued recovery and functional improvement.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a supportive and positive experience for every patient.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to refine treatment strategies, aiming to meet and exceed minimum utilization goals and overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted state license to practice physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills to maintain accurate patient records.
• A strong commitment to establishing and maintaining patient relationships.

Preferred Experience

While not strictly required, candidates with advanced degrees, such as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and experience in an outpatient setting will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, complemented by a robust benefits package designed to support your health and wellness.
