Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized clinical assessments for clients dealing with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, either in-person or virtually.

• Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians to enhance service delivery, sharing insights and strategies to ensure unified care approaches.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, empowering clients through diverse therapeutic techniques and approaches tailored to their unique needs.

• Monitor and document the progression of client meetings, treatment admissions, ongoing care, and discharge readiness, ensuring that all records are accurately maintained and reported promptly.

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address each client’s specific challenges, coordinating care with other services and community resources as necessary.

• Participate actively in crisis intervention measures, providing timely support and guidance to clients in distress.
\n
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives by participating in committees and providing feedback on service delivery enhancements.

• Maintain ethical and professional standards as set forth by the organization and social work licensing boards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The target population for this role includes individuals suffering from various mental health issues, particularly those undergoing detoxification. Clients may present complex challenges related to addiction, co-occurring disorders, or chronic emotional distress. Your role will be critical in offering supportive interventions that guide them towards recovery, resilience, and self-empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly and empathetically.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage caseloads effectively.

• Demonstrated understanding of the diverse sociocultural backgrounds of clients, along with an ability to adapt services to meet varied client needs.
