Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and synthesize relevant patient information to diagnose psychiatric disorders effectively.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans adhering to best practice standards, ensuring that all diagnoses are accurately represented.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates, maintaining compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to discuss complex cases and share insights regarding treatment strategies.

• Provide on-call crisis intervention services, responding effectively to emergencies and ensuring that patients receive timely support during urgent situations.

• Engage in telehealth consultations, offering psychotherapy and counseling through secure digital platforms, with an emphasis on providing accessible mental health care.

• Education and empower clients through supportive counseling and therapeutic education, fostering resilience and coping strategies.

• Assess and evaluate suicide risk with precision, ensuring thorough documentation and the implementation of safety plans when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting mothers and families within an often underrepresented demographic, providing culturally competent care that recognizes the unique challenges they face. You will also address issues related to socioeconomic factors, substance abuse, and community health, tailoring treatment to accommodate the diverse backgrounds and needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to practice in Oregon.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in using electronic medical records and other digital communication tools.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to commute for on-site client visits as needed.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload while collaborating with healthcare providers and community resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n
