Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, emotional challenges, and personal circumstances, ensuring all relevant factors are considered.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating evidence-based therapeutic methods, and adjusting plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for various age groups, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and trauma.

• Provide couples therapy sessions to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger connections between partners.

• Regularly update and maintain detailed client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards related to therapy practices.

• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration when necessary, working closely with other healthcare professionals in order to deliver comprehensive care to clients.

• Stay informed about emerging trends, research, and techniques within the marriage and family therapy field to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
