Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand patient needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring adherence to their personal goals and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), delivering care in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care for clients experiencing acute mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Educate clients and their families on managing mental health conditions effectively, enhancing their ability to navigate challenges.
\n
• Engage in collaborative care through regular communication with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers.
\n
• Monitor treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments, utilizing data to refine and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Stay updated with current best practices and emerging research in mental health, actively integrating new knowledge into therapeutic practice.

• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions and documentation processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients come from diverse backgrounds, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and various mental health disorders. You will work closely with patients of all ages, contributing to their recovery and personal development through culturally sensitive and individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with patients from varied cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting or with hands-on experience in trauma-informed care practices are highly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with telehealth systems and electronic medical record-keeping is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
