Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will be supporting range widely in age and background, many dealing with the intricacies of co-occurring disorders that require not only psychological support but also consideration of their medical history. You will engage with individuals experiencing chronic conditions that significantly impact their mental health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon is essential.

• Proficient understanding of the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions, coupled with experience in integrated care settings.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to effectively connect with diverse patient populations and interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
