Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand the mental health concerns of your clients, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Provide therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, employing techniques that are reflective of current mental health best practices.

• Manage crisis situations effectively, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
\n
• Keep detailed and confidential clinical records, including assessment findings, treatment progress notes, and revisions to treatment plans, in line with ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, which may include psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to the care of clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and develop strategies that encourage engagement with community resources.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain informed of the latest advancements in mental health treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a broad range of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. You will build strong therapeutic alliances and aid clients in navigating their unique life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is necessary to qualify for this position.

• Two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills relevant to a variety of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• A steadfast commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth delivery is an asset, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with community resources and support systems for clients is beneficial.

• Prior experience in specialized areas of therapy (e.g., trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
