Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure for SLP practice in Illinois or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and school compliance procedures
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students according to IEP requirements
• Complete evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing each student’s unique goals
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support integrated intervention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development opportunities
