Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver group and individual therapy using various evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of assigned clients, ensuring adherence to ethical standards.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Document all clinical interactions and therapeutic progress promptly and accurately, including weekly goal setting, progress notes, discharge planning, and session summaries, in compliance with company policies.

• Facilitate aftercare planning for clients to ensure their successful transition post-therapy, including coordinating with families, community resources, and external clinicians when necessary.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients’ families and relevant stakeholders to provide continuity in care and ensure all parties are informed of therapeutic developments.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and contribute to team discussions on evolving methodologies.

Qualifications\n
