Key Responsibilities\n

As a remote mental health counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their emotions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults who are stable and experiencing low acuity challenges. Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and concerns, enabling you to utilize your expertise in various therapeutic modalities and specialties. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are suitable for telehealth services, which enables you to focus your efforts on providing high-quality care without the distraction of complex case management.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and full licensing as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Psychoanalyst
\n
• Psychologist
\n

• No limited or provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport and trust among clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills grounded in empathy and active listening.
