This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours while supporting a school environment. You will have the autonomy to design your schedule, with some evening and weekend hours available to accommodate the needs of the students and families you serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and experience to conduct independent psychosocial assessments and diagnoses for students requiring mental health support.

• Collaborate with students to create personalized, patient-centered treatment plans that promote emotional and psychological development.

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to individual student needs, employing techniques such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, and more.

• Work closely with school staff, including teachers and counselors, as well as external mental health professionals to create an integrated support system for students.

• Closely monitor student progress through systematic tracking of treatment outcomes, providing both in-person and virtual follow-ups to evaluate the efficacy of interventions.

• Support medication management strategies as prescribed, focusing on compliance, monitoring side effects, and assessing treatment efficacy alongside medical professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students in various educational settings ranging from elementary to high school. Many of these students may face unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, and social adjustment issues. You will be a key resource in helping students navigate these challenges, promoting resilience, self-advocacy, and emotional intelligence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• A current and valid license to practice independently in Kansas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience as an independently licensed therapist is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by an annual incentive bonus.
