Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health statuses, including their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients experiencing a range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Monitor patient progress closely and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to facilitate informed decisions.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic health records (EHRs) and use healthcare software to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

• Adhere strictly to ethical and professional standards of practice, ensuring patient confidentiality and obtaining informed consent for treatment.

The LCSW will work with a varied patient demographic, encompassing children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
