Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments focused on individual child needs, ensuring accurate identification of developmental challenges.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailored to meet each child's unique requirements.
\n
• Monitor and document outcomes, collaborating with team members to adjust strategies as necessary based on family feedback and child progress.
\n
• Provide direct support to families, equipping them with the skills and resources they need to enhance their child's development effectively.
\n
• Administer evaluations and assessments while maintaining compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations concerning child welfare.
\n
• Develop meaningful rapport with children and their families to cultivate a trusting and supportive atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to recommend strategies following Natural Learning Environment Practices that best serve each child’s unique context.
\n
• Deliver ongoing support to families regarding their child’s developmental journey, employing the coaching model and facilitating natural environment teaching.
\n
• Ensure adherence to quality standards that guarantee the health and safety of both staff and the individuals we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be children from birth to three years of age who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will work alongside families, offering compassion and expertise to help them navigate the intricacies of early intervention services. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of these children, supporting their growth in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with valid licensure by the Department of Public Health.

• A licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is required.
\n
• Possession of a valid driver's license to facilitate travel if necessary.

• A demonstrated ability to adapt to various learning styles, ensuring that each child’s needs are effectively addressed through individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
