Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status and needs, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient, integrating culturally relevant practices and strategies for diverse populations.

• Regularly assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment modalities and providing evidence-based interventions that enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record systems (EHR) for efficiency.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans that focus on wellness goals and expectations.

• Coordinate referrals to specialists or support services, facilitating seamless connections between patients and resources in the community.

• Engage in mentoring and educational opportunities for interns and junior staff, contributing to the development of future clinicians.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
