Compensation: $48,000 – $196,000+ per year (performance-based)

We provide qualified seller leads through our exclusive Zillow Preferred Seller partnership . You focus on listing homes. We handle the rest.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct listing appointments with seller leads provided by the team
2. Build and manage seller relationships from first contact through closing
3. Price, market, and negotiate homes with confidence
4. Deliver a high-touch seller experience
5. Maintain professionalism and performance standards

Requirements

1. Active Connecticut real estate license (required)
2. Strong communication and consultative sales skills
3. Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule
4. Coachable and committed to growth within a team structure

Compensation Benefits

1. $48,000 – $196,000+ annually
