Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs, ensuring comprehensive understanding for tailored treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals and client circumstances, engaging clients in the goal-setting process.

• Facilitate face-to-face therapy sessions using various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention and support on a case-by-case basis, utilizing effective communication skills and problem-solving strategies to de-escalate difficult situations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver integrated care that addresses every aspect of a client's well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular case reviews, team meetings, and continuous professional development to refine your skills and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Tennessee, in good standing.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
