Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive clinical services, focused on developing and implementing person-centered, recovery-oriented treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Employ continuous assessment methods to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust interventions in collaboration with clients.

• Facilitate the development and monitoring of individual service plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams when necessary.

• Guide clients in enhancing their coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills through structured therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals aged 18 and over experiencing mental health challenges that impede their ability to maintain social stability and independence. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized support and interventions that enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure is mandatory, including but not limited to: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision is required.
\n
• No disciplinary actions on the license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct clinical services, particularly in a telehealth setting.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and engage empathetically in therapeutic relationships.

• Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth technology.
