Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual or family.

• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and counseling services, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities appropriate to the needs of the client population.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans that integrate mental health support and physical health considerations.

• Actively advocate for clients, helping them navigate community resources and access services that enhance their overall quality of life.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions, treatment strategies, and progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a varied population that includes children, adolescents, and families facing a range of challenges, such as behavioral health issues, family dynamics, trauma histories, and socio-economic barriers. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with a focus on mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
