Strategic EMS Account Manager - Semiconductors

Job Duties Support GM in new and existing account development and in the ongoing maintenance of accounts in semiconductor manufacturing. Coordinate technical sales with product line, commercial marketing, supply chain, and engineering teams to execute EMS account strategies. Identify and document customer new project opportunities in Salesforce, proposing fitting products based on customer specification and application, driving qualification progress and facilitating new business award on top of maintaining existing business through quarterly business review. Participate in customer meetings and follow up on action items, such as customer requests for product terms and conditions (e.g. lead time, pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, MOQ, COO, etc.), backlog orders production and delivery status, supply chain resilience plan, supplier selection, current market and industry trend update, ESG proposal, and volume planning. Conduct pricing strategy discussions with product line and commercial marketing teams, recommend cost‑saving proposals; collect support needed from factories and customers; prepare written quotes; attend quarterly business review, and provide customer feedback to internal functional teams to work on improvement in preparation for next round of business review. Increase sales in existing accounts and prepare quarterly reviews, account templates, and sales forecasts. Requirements Master’s degree in business administration or supply chain management. 2 years’ experience in job offered or as a Category Procurement Specialist or as a Technical Sales Engineer at a semiconductor manufacturer. Experience in developing ODM/EMS (Original Design Manufacturer/Electronic Manufacturing Service) accounts, identifying and selecting suppliers, performing cost analysis and volume planning, recommending cost‑saving proposals, and identifying projects with engineering teams.
